EN12068 standard tape
The Xunda T400 and T200 is a multilayer coating system designed for the corrosion protection and mechanical protection of pipelines. The T400 consists of three layers, the butyl rubber adhesive laminated on both side of the polyethylene film backing. The T400 can be used as 3ply inner tape, T200 can be used as outer tape.
Xunda liquid adhesive can be used as primer for this system. The three ply coating system produce a strong cohesive bond to the primed steel surface, at the spiral overlap and to the mechanical outer tape.
The system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.
