Butyl rubber Roofing Tape is a high tack sealant with excellent adhesion to metal, other roofing and other insulating materials.

It maintains its tack and flexibility to temperatures as low as 0 DegreeF (-18 DegreeC), ensuring a high quality seal over a wide range of temperatures. It gives a weatherproof seal with excellent resistance to environmental factors such as water, condensation, dust, UV and sunlight over a range of temperatures.

Butyl rubber Roofing Tape has a 5-year shelf life from date of manufacture when stored in a humidity controlled storage (10 DegreeC/50 DegreeF to 27 DegreeC/80 DegreeF and <75% relative humidity).
