1 High strength, high rigidity and strong resistance to deformation. The finished CND light curing protective sleeve has a tensile strength of 280 MPa and a deformation resistance of 350 N/5 mm, which is 2 to 5 times that of similar foreign products.
2 high toughness, high crack resistance. After the CND light curing protective cover is cured, it can be bent 5° without cracking in the three-point bending test. More than 2 times higher than similar foreign products. Even if the part is subjected to huge deformation, the product will not break.
3 pairs of 3PE, FBE have high adhesion. CND light curing protective cover is used together with RX-1 coating, the adhesion to steel reaches 13MPa (up to the level of double-layer epoxy joint coating); the FBE coating reaches 12.7MPa; the 3PE coating reaches 4-10MPa .
4 surface high hardness. The CND light curing protective cover has a Shore hardness of 90. (Remarks: Hardness of steel pipe: 100, hardness of hard aluminum: 86, hardness of aluminum profile: 58)
5 no empty drum lap joint, the whole package. The product is produced by double-layer misaligned technology, and the protective layer can completely eliminate the empty drum area of the hoop joint and realize the four-sided bonding of the head overlap.
6 high shrinkage. CND light curing protective sleeve has a high shrinkage rate of 1.5%--3%.
